On all properties, the following should apply:

Administration fee: £200 + VAT = £240.00
(Three or more tenants, an additional fee of £75 +VAT = £90.00 is required)

Student Administration Fee: £62.50 +VAT = £75

On the day you move in, we require:

First months rent

Bond (equivalent to one month's rent plus £100)

Funds must be cleared prior to move in

Contract Renewal Fee

£50 +VAT = £60

Full Management

12.5% +VAT = 15%

Inventory Charge

£50 per hour +VAT = £60
